Finally did a plein air painting in my front yard today. Have been doing some outdoor sketching, too. Hope we can get together for painting when the leaves start to pop and the flowering trees and shrubs start blooming. Last week there were buds on the magnolias in the arboretum and I am guessing the warm weekend sped things along. Look forward to seeing you all soon!! Pat Wafer

Hi Pat, just an exceptional painting. I really like it. The patterns and design work well. I know it can be hard to a good design from what I'm guessing was a more uniform patch of flowers. I'm seeing some greening outside now so we'll have to get out soon, if we can get the weather to cooperate.
